IT Specialist for Mobile Devices (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for the Civil Engineering Office/Eigenbetrieb Stadtentwasserung Stuttgart (SES) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely. The civil engineering office with around 1,000 dedicated employees is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the state capital's technical infrastructure. We consistently rely on innovative digital technologies. With tailor-made services, the motivated IT team supports the work of our colleagues and drives the digitization of our city. As a central contact person for mobile devices, you can help colleagues in all questions about mobile communication and ensure smooth operation. You are responsible for the management and support of mobile devices, including Apple iPhones/IPads throughout the life cycle (order, operation, separation), the implementation of device changes, exchange measures and withdrawals, as well as ensuring the readiness and up-to-date of the devices used The maintenance and management of inventory data in the asset management system are also part of your tasks You provide first-level support for mobile devices including the elimination of standard faults (service desk with ticket system) You support users in their use and create instructions/FAQs The support of the Servicedesk team especially in the Workplace Management section is also one of your tasks

A completed training in an IT training profession or a completed training and relevant experience in the IT environment (for foreign qualifications, the submission of recognition in Germany is required) Embossed service and customer orientation Structured operation and quality-oriented work Joy in working in a dynamic team German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing
