The tasks of the city administration Lüdenscheid act in all areas of life of the citizens. The Central BuildingEconomics (ZGW) of the city of Lüdenscheid is responsible for around 150 properties with a variety of uses (including schools, children, youth, sports and cultural, fire and administrative facilities, housing).

As part of the object management, you are responsible for comprehensive object, customer support and construction maintenance tasks, e.g. for primary schools or cultural enterprises. You take over the independent planning, budgeting, tendering, awarding, monitoring (construction management), billing of extensive refurbishment projects (all performance phases) and coordination of the operations of external service providers. As a fire protection officer, you conduct audits of security measures in the building stock and decide on organisational, structural and fire protection solutions, document them and implement them together with the respective object managers of the ZGW. in accordance with DIN VDE V 0827, take a risk assessment for facilities in which an emergency and danger reaction system (NGRS) is to be established. You develop protection classes and measures to prepare, for example, a school for potential threats and danger situations (e.g. amok) and lead a risk action. In cooperation with colleagues, you make the necessary decisions in the planning process for selecting a suitable NGRS and present the planning results. You are responsible for the construction and financial controlling, participate in meetings of the political bodies, steering groups and working groups and prepare drafts.

you have completed your studies (Diplom, Uni or FH, Bachelor's degree) in the fields of architecture or civil engineering with the focus on building and qualification as a fire protection officer (e.g. certificate or certificate) and have a relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in the areas of object management and fire protection and if You have successfully completed the test for theTechnical Risk Managerin according to DIN VDE V 0827 (certificate) or to complete this training immediately after entering service.
