Plans of vehicle stays in the maintenance workshop taking into account vehicle availability and workshop resources detailed planning of the vehicle flow in the plant Planning the capacity of required personnel and available infrastructure Material requirements planning Plans to eliminate vehicle malfunction in the factory and by mobile teams tuning with the vehicle disposition of the client for feeding the vehicles or for mobile applications Creating evaluations on the work carried out Maintenance of deadline documents and documentation of processes and procedures Support of engineering in the further development of maintenance requirements responsible for the coordination with the workshop leaders of the East German maintenance company (ODIG) for the prioritization of the work and the uniform utilization of the workshops Participation in budget planning and in the development of digitalization of planning and order processes Implementation of project work on behalf of management Support for further digitalization and automation in maintenance planning and processes

completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, rail vehicle engineering or completed master or technician training in a technical profession with professional experience or a comparable qualification Experience in order and capacity planning in a maintenance or comparable business environment ideally experience in fleet management in the maintenance of rail vehicles Knowledge of rail maintenance is desirable Knowledge of ECM regulation is desirable safe handling of common software applications such as MS Office and experience in handling ERP and CMMS systems (computer-based maintenance management system) knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B good technical understanding solution-oriented work with efficient prioritization self-organized and analytical thinking and acting; team-oriented personality
