Customer support with wide view. In your role, you are responsible for the support and further development of our LEH Non-Food customers. Together with key account management, you contribute to meeting the needs of trading. Contract and offer management. You are responsible for the planning and execution of samples from the customer and you will create individual offers tailored to our customers. In addition, you independently check framework agreements and delivery agreements in coordination with the sales and management. Interface to production, logistics and VID. From supply creation to delivery to the customer, you monitor the implementation of customer orders and are central contact for the interfaces. – You work closely with international production sites, suppliers and specialist departments.
