We occupy the position at the next possible time to strengthen our team in Munich Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (from 30 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer housing, gastronomic facilities, kitas, a consultancy network and a cultural programme and manage the promotion of training. We are responsible for 15 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. The staff procurement is a central interface for all procurement activities. It is composed of the purchasing and the awarding agency and is responsible for the efficient and economic coverage of needs. The awarding authority shall conduct tendering procedures in accordance with the applicable procurement directives, ensuring transparency, fairness and equal opportunities in the process.

Preparation and independent implementation of national and pan-European tendering procedures up to the award of orders, taking into account and complying with the legal regulations and the relevant case-law, as well as follow-up management Support and advice of stakeholders in matters relating to procurement projects and related procurement documents and other stakeholders Continuous management of a legally secure documentation of all substeps of the award procedure Technical cooperation and participation in the standardization and continuous optimization of contract and award processes and internal guidelines

Successfully completed university studies, preferably from the fields of administrative or legal sciences (e.g. Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration or Management) or economics, or completion of examination II or qualification examination for the 3rd. Qualification level of the administrative and financial discipline or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in procurement Good knowledge of procurement and contract law willingness to expand and deepen existing knowledge on a regular basis, as well as the ability to work quickly into new, complex tasks Team spirit as well as communication strength for presenting complex facts Service orientation and enforcement
