At our location in Kirchheim near Munich, our IT Infrastructure team is now looking for a dedicated DevOps Engineer (d/m/w) that will help shape, automate and future-oriented our development environments – focusing on Terraform, Ansible and modern cloud platforms such as OpenStack or Azure.

After extensive integration with experienced colleagues, you will take the following tasks: Support and further development of our systems in the cloud environment: You will support our systems in the cloud environment, including OpenStack and Azure, and make sure You are safe, stable and performant. Construction, operation and maintenance of development environments: As a DevOps Engineer, you play a central role in product development and contribute to our development teams being successful. You create and care for efficient development environments for all development areas of genoa product development. These include the planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure components, such as virtual machines, containers and networks. Automation using Terraform, Ansible and other tools: you analyze and optimize our build/test environments and CI/CD pipelines to improve the efficiency and quality of our software development. These include the implementation of automation tools and the introduction of new technologies. Training, consulting and support: You are training, advising and supporting our developers when using our systems and tools. This includes the creation of documentation, the implementation of training and the support in troubleshooting. Integration of systems into central IT processes: You ensure that our development environments are seamlessly integrated into central IT systems, such as documentation, monitoring, backup.

Successful completed IT training or completed technical studies Passion for Linux systems and strong network skills Practical experience in the Azure or AWS Cloud environment Skills in Programming (Script) Languages like Python or Bash Confidence with virtualization & container technologies (e.g. Docker) Experience with Git and CI/CDs pipeline in gitlab or Jenkins Experience in project management or Interest in working here Team spirit, initiative and a structured, security-conscious mindset German language skills (C1+) and good English skills Ideally first contact with ISO 27001 or interest to work into the topic Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
