Your tasks:

• Care, qualifying and coaching the sales team
• Successful and targeted incorporation of new employees and the further development of the existing team
• Regular preparation and analysis of the sales figures and results
• Individual customer advice and order processing (to a reduced extent)
• Support and representation of sales management in the implementation of all sales-related tasks and concepts
• You are active in improving processes and making your contribution to a collegial working atmosphere

This will bring you:

• A completed commercial training in retail or a study with relevant focus
• First sales experience, ideally in the field of consulting-intensive products
• Very good computer skills
• A binding and competent appearance as well as a positive and friendly exposition to customers and employees
