Our core business is the development and production of high-quality solutions for aircraft-based marine monitoring. These solutions are based on our MEDUSA® mission management system as well as our own remote sensing sensors as well as third-party equipment. We benefit from our many years of experience in the integration of sensors and other subsystems into a customized MEDUSA® configuration. Your mission As Head of Product Management (m/w/d), you take over the overall responsibility for an innovative product portfolio in the field of sensor technology for the aviation industry. You actively shape the strategic orientation and drive forward the development of forward-looking solutions – from the first idea to the successful market launch.

Total responsibility for the entire product life cycle: from strategy, road mapping and prioritization to market launch and continuous optimization Management of all administrative aspects, including governance, budgetary responsibility, resource planning and appointment and quality management Development and implementation of sustainable product strategies focusing on business success, customer centering and scalability Market and competition analysis, derivation of fields of action and innovation Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. development, sales, marketing, purchasing, production and board level) to ensure market-oriented product solutions Pragmatic process optimization and operational excellence Development of a forward-looking and market-oriented product vision and consistent transfer to operational implementation Mentoring and development of the product team as well as promoting a performance-oriented, inclusive culture

Successfully completed studies in business management, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification; relevant certifications in product management of advantage Multiannual experience in product management, ideally in a leading role Safety in the areas of product and project management as well as sensor and device technology, preferably in the aviation industry Strong capacity for holistic strategy development and operational implementation Embossed market and customer orientation, analytical strength and data-driven decision-making leadership experience, coaching skills and excellent communication skills Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid organizational forms High readiness for change, innovativeness and future orientation Excellent knowledge of German and English Industry knowledge from the aviation sector would be advantageous
