Team Lead / Team Manager Inside Sales - New Customer Acquisition (m/f/d)

Build your own team: As Team Lead / Team Manager (m/w/d) Inside Sales – New Customer Sales for our sales services, you build a team of at least 5 Inside Sales employees and take overall responsibility for your team. Your tasks include achieving the monthly sales targets and expanding our new and existing customers. With your commitment, you play a key role in our growth and business success.

You are responsible for the monthly sales targets and make sure that agreed activities (KPIs) are implemented consistently. You carry out regular team meetings, discuss progress and review the achievement of goals. You actively support your team in day-to-day business and develop best practices to ensure sustainable sales success. You coach your team individually – in talks as well as in group training – and thus continuously promote personal and professional development. You actively shape your team's growth and take responsibility in selecting and incorporating new employees.

What makes you successful in this role: You bring experience in managing sales teams – ideally in the telephone sales of B2B customers. You have strong communication and conviction skills. You work creatively, dynamically and develop innovative approaches together with your team to inspire customers and scale successes. You work target-oriented, meet clear decisions and negotiate solution-oriented. You are safe to use sales tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.).
