You take over the management of education and participants at the Brilon site In addition, you are responsible for coordinating the operational education and resource planning for the Brilon site You will also support the speakers and lecturers on event days Support for the master data installation and maintenance of event types (SAP-HR system) is one of your tasks as well as the management of the catering. You coordinate the hotel quota at Brilon and the surrounding area You agree with external cooperation partners and control them The provision of measuring and testing equipment (scraps) also falls within your task area You are responsible for coordinating the occupational safety management system (AMS) at the Brilon site. These include first aids, fire protection and evacuation aids and safety officers In addition, you support the implementation of all corresponding AMS requirements
