Social pedagogues / Social pedagogue (m/w/d) as manager, Harburg your workplace is located in the Hamburger Süd (Harburg) – conveniently located and easily accessible by the ÖPNV. Our interdisciplinary team currently supports a total of 70 families and adults with outpatient assistance according to §§ 30, 31, 41 SGB VIII and family assistance according to SGB IX. In close cooperation with the General Social Services in the region as well as the Department of Integration, we offer demand-oriented, social-spatial and participative support services. The team consists of specialists from different professions (social pedagogues, health care professionals, health professionals, etc.). In our office you will find room for advice, control and collegial exchange.

Your duties

• You control and organize staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services
• You will develop the range of services in the sense of strategic corporate objectives
• They implement a successful economic control
• You lead your employees with professional competence, heart and enthusiasm.
• You understand winning your team for common goals
• You implement legal requirements, defined quality standards and procedures
• You work with internal and external cooperation partners *in
• They ensure a professionally high-quality work oriented on the will of the client *inside
• You take responsibility for the further development of our service portfolio and coordinate case requests

They bring

• Completed studies in the field of social education or comparable social and social science education
• Multiannual professional experience in child, youth and family assistance (SGB VIII)
• Experience in line or coordinating function desirable
• A participatory leadership style and high social competence
• Decision-making pleasure, organizational talent and self-responsibility
• Joy in the further development and design of new offers
• Knowledge of systemic advice is advantageous
