Dual Study Program – Business Administration Health Management

We offer several places in our company headquarters for the 2027 academic year in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Dual University (DHBW) Dual Studies – BWL Health Management

The dual study takes 6 semesters (3 years) and consists of several theoretical and practical blocks. The theoretical knowledge transfer takes place within the framework of a cooperation at the DHBW locations Lörrach, Stuttgart or Mannheim.

The contents learned there are deepened during the practical phases at various MEDICLIN locations. These include both the acquisition and rehabilitation facilities throughout Germany and the company headquarters in Offenburg.

You support the day-to-day business of the respective facility and get exciting insights into the hospital everyday through various departments You provide support in economic planning, financial and budget analysis You help prepare budget negotiations with the health insurance companies and participate in them You analyze data, key figures and business relationships You support and support the preparation and follow-up of an (internal/external) audit or certification and participate in it You are responsible (part-)projects

You have obtained the general university maturity, professional university maturity, professional university maturity or an equivalent pre-training with good results (if necessary with passed delta examination) You have knowledge of German in a manner that is secure for negotiation. Ideally, you have already been able to gain first experiences in handling MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). You convince by a reliable and independent way of working and a quick understanding. You are capable of teamwork and can work according to predetermined structures. You are interested in business questions. You are inspiring for the healthcare industry and the processes in health facilities. You can easily adapt to changing requirements and different situations and are resilient. You bring local and temporal flexibility to the necessary extent.
