You are responsible for smooth day-to-day operations and take over the leadership and motivation of employees. You are involved in the assessment and development of the associated employees as well as in personnel planning (including holiday planning, hourly reduction, deployment and representation planning). You are responsible for carrying out attendance checks, for checking the pauses and working hours, as well as for monitoring and tracking relevant key figures and for deriving appropriate action. You identify and report deviations in the metrics or Standard processes and implements process optimizations. You actively shape the communication flow to the employees and the feedback to the department management. You will take care of the implementation of statutory provisions and internal operating instructions concerning health, work, fire and environmental protection.

You bring relevant professional practice in the field of logistics and leadership and ideally experience in managing teams. You have business knowledge and pleasure in dealing with numbers. You are safe in the application of MS Office and have know-how in handling warehouse management systems. You have English skills; further language skills are beneficial. You combine a reliable and independent way of working with team spirit and draw your attention through organisational and enforcement skills. You're ready for shiftwork and Saturday work.
