Are you inspiring to implement ideas and concepts using CAD and have a good understanding of technical relationships? In addition, you are open to a wide range of projects from phase 0 or Project start, existing projects to urban development as well as spatial and demand planning? Editing sophisticated building logistics planning in a variety of project phases and planning depths Support in the development of construction site concepts and their graphic proof of feasibility and implementation Dimensioning and designing construction sites (containers, safety devices, construction machines, etc.) over 3D models by using the BIM methodology Create and edit phase 0 inventory and basic concepts for the areas: architecture, urban planning, existing objects and infrastructure Project and feasibility studies for smaller projects Substantive services for the submission of applications

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, architecture Construction technicians or completed training for the building designer:in Good knowledge in handling common CAD/BIM software, ideally Revit, Nemetschek Allplan, AutoCAD, Good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employed and targeted work Solution-oriented action and very good communication skills Openness for new technologies and tools as well as interdisciplinary thinking
