Leading SAP Transformation – Developing Team You take over the disciplinary leadership and further development of the SAP Transformation Team within SAP Service Control large transformation projects – from initiation to handover You are responsible for the implementation and control of large SAP transformation projects as well as cross-functional initiatives across all phases of the project Building project organisation – creating structures You design resilient project and decision-making organisations: From the definition of the project order to the extent, objectives, time and budget, to ensuring the responsibility for earnings Developing project management methods – using innovation You continuously develop project management methods, control instruments and PMO standards; using new possibilities such as automation, data analysis and artificial intelligence Control controlling and managing resources – creating transparency You are responsible for project controlling, provide budget, forecast and capacity transparency and control internal and external resources Change & Communication You develop effective change, communication and adoption concepts in close coordination with business, divisions and disciplines Control partners – ensure quality You coordinate external project partners and ensure a clear delivery quality as well as the transfer to the company and the line organization Working in the network You work closely with SAP Consultants, Solution Architects and technical delivery teams

Experience in SAP Transformation You bring several years of experience in the management of complex SAP transformation, S/4HANA or IT programs or divisional projects Leadership competence & development motivation You have proven leadership experience as well as the pleasure of leading and forming a team during organisational development Project management expertise Funded knowledge in project management, PMO, project controlling, stakeholder management and partner management SAP knowledge Very good understanding of SAP project logics, S/4HANA roadmaps and dependencies as well as strong awareness of change management and delivery quality Analysis and decision-making skills You have the ability to structure complex issues in line with management, to prepare decisions and to ensure their follow-up Sovereign communication You are convincing in cooperation with management, departments, IT functions and external service providers Working methods and language skills Pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented working methods and very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
