At the next possible time, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) in the field of IT project management for 20 hours a week at our preferred location in Essen (or Cologne, Duisburg, Frankfurt, Berlin). DARAUF HAS DU LUST Working in software sales projects and working closely with our IT Creation of use cases for mapping our business processes Identification and presentation of potential for improvement in existing processes Implementation of system and interface tests including documentation of the results Creation of training documents and training videos as well as implementation of user training Participation in regular project meetings incl. Creation of project presentations Close exchange with users to analyze and record requirements User support in the introduction of new software systems THE WHICH WE UNS Studies: You are a registered student (m/w/d) in a technical or IT-related course, such as computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or economic engineering. In dealing with the current MS Office programs, you are also very safe Expertise & Affinity: You are interested in IT project management, software launches and digital business processes and have a basic understanding of software systems, interfaces and IT-based processes Structured, meticulous & solution-oriented mode of operation: You work conscientiously, think systematically and have the pleasure of clearly capturing processes and data Team spirit & own initiative: You are happy to work in the team, bring your own ideas into action and make impulses to develop innovative solutions together.
