Senior HSE Manager (m/f/d)

Consultation and support of the location management as well as management in all HSE-relevant issues and follow-up of agreed measures Development, implementation and continuous development of location-related HSE targets, action plans and the HSE management system Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental protection Implementation of missions and assistance in identifying, evaluating and minimizing HSE risks including risk assessments Planning, implementation and tracking of internal and external HSE, environmental and compliance audits Creation and analysis of HSE, environmental and sustainability indicators as well as control of improvement measures for continuous performance improvement Training, management of incidental investigations and cooperation with authorities, professional associations, auditors and other internal and external stakeholders

Complete studies in the field of safety engineering, environmental management, environmental technology or a comparable qualification, for example as technicians or masters Successfully completed training as a specialist for occupational safety Multiannual professional experience in a comparable HSE function, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Knowledge in the field of occupational safety, health and environmental protection and legal requirements Experience in the implementation of environmental audits and the preparation of environmental and sustainability reports Experience with management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and in the preparation and implementation of audits Embossed communication and persuasion skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
