Consultant Quality Systems (m/f/d)

As a consultant for quality systems (m/w/d), you develop the company-wide system for quality assurance of our services in occupational medicine, safety technology and health management. The role does not include the implementation of audits or operational quality controls, but rather the conceptual design of quality assurance instruments. Your tasks at a glance: You design and develop instruments for quality assurance in service provision – first in occupational medicine, also in perspective in safety technology and health management You identify quality-critical and risk-affected performance areas together with the disciplines and derive appropriate QS measures (e.g. SOPs, Qualification Models, KPI Systems) You develop standard work instructions (SOPs) for defined risk areas and design the methodological framework for their implementation and application You work closely with personnel development to develop skills and training concepts for quality and safety related activities You define key figures and evaluation logics for measuring process and performance quality and ensure that these are systematically derived from digital applications (e.g. electronic test file). You actively contribute quality assurance requirements to the design and development of digital solutions and work closely with product owners and development teams (e.g. standard specifications, role logics, system support) You ensure that quality assurance is effective as an integrated part of processes, systems and qualifications – not as a downstream control

You bring a completed study or a comparable qualification related to health sciences, occupational medicine, health management, organisational development or quality development with You have several years of experience in designing and developing quality assurance instruments, such as standard work instructions (SOPs), skills or training concepts, evaluation and key figures systems You have experience in translating technical requirements into structured and applicable QS instruments – ideally in cooperation with medical departments You have methodological security in the development of key figures, assessment procedures and quality criteria for services Ideally, you have already been involved in projects with digital applications or specialist systems (e.g. documentation systems, electronic files) and can think about quality assurance requirements on the system side You are interested in the design of effective quality systems and instruments, not in the operational performance of audits You are characterized by a structured, analytical and conceptual way of working as well as by pronounced communication and coordination
