In the last few decades, my partner has become the most important player in the industry, especially in the field of civil and road construction. At the closest possible time, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) infrastructure construction as a groundbreaking manager for a significant large project (Hannover). They act as a professional and disciplinary manager for the construction managers, polishers and professional employees and bear the strategic, processual and economic responsibility for a large project in the Lower Saxony area. The project includes earth construction, (cable) management construction and road construction, and covers a three-digit million project volume. Total project responsibility for a complex large-scale project in infrastructure construction, focusing on a project Management and coordination of a team of construction managers as well as technical support in project execution Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality requirements Active coordination with contracting entities, authorities and other project participants Monitoring the implementation of safety standards and compliance with all legal requirements Control and control of subcontractors and suppliers including contract and follow-up management

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Found experience in managing complex infrastructure projects/large-scale projects in civil engineering leadership experience and the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams and manage them efficiently Impressed organisational capacity, communication strength and enforcement Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
