Application Manager:in Netzbau (m/f/d)

A task that challenges.

You lead the introduction incl. Migration, further development and administration of the technical interface between the network construction system and the project portfolio management system is a technical link between specialist and central IT. You design system-based processes and work closely with process managers and Product Owner:in the relevant network systems. You are responsible for request and change management in terms of data, interfaces and functions by customizing in our application. You prepare user trainings, perform them independently and take the user support via our internal ticket system. You identify operating, process and software errors, solve and test them and perform independently or in the team release tests including documentation and optimization. You work in current IT development projects, apply agile methods and support the team in working with partner companies in billing services and materials for network construction measures.

You have well-founded knowledge in SAP, SAP Fiori, MS Office, system management and IT requirements management and ideally you have experiences in network construction. You have good knowledge of English, which you will certainly use to understand documentation and professional exchange. You have a successfully completed study, preferably in the field of business informatics or studies in engineering or have a comparable qualification as a master, technician or a long-term professional experience.
