Maintenance, maintenance and repair of building equipment Ensuring continuous operational readiness of building and equipment Documentation and maintenance of fault, maintenance, and inspection reports seizure of disturbances and their persecution and removal Support in the optimization and further development of the building technology used Regular control of all safety-relevant components Support and coordination of foreign companies and verification of the proper performance of tasks
