GenAI Engineering Coach (m/f/d)

GenAI Strategy for Software Development: You Combination Tagiles Mindset with Method Generic AI. In concrete terms, you advise our customers how You make their software development processes with AI more efficient and increase the quality measurably. Analyze Toolchain & Platforms: You analyze existing tool landscapes and recommend matching GenAI tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, ChatOps, MCP integrations) including architectural blueprints. Processes & Governance: You define guidelines, guardrails and role models with our customers so that AI use remains safe, compliant and auditable. Create the change: You create introductory programs, trainings and coaching formats so that teams really use GenAI in everyday life – not just on films. Hands-on Engineering: You are not too bad to develop – from PoCs to reference implementations in the standard stack (e.g. Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue). Customer Relations & Thought Leadership: You accompany relevant stakeholders, moderate workshops and introduce your experience in specialist conferences, communities and internal formats.

AI-native Mindset: You use AI tools in everyday life, understand their strengths and limits and can translate it into clean, safe engineering approaches. Background in Engineering & Architecture: Multiannual experience in software development and software architecture, ideally in the backend (e.g. with Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus), in the frontend (e.g. with TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue) or Fullstack and a degree in an IT-close study. Consultancy and communication strength: It is easy for you to understand complex technical relationships for different stakeholders (development, management, compliance). Process and method skills: Experience with modern software development processes (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and their optimization – ideally already with AI support. Compliance & Security Awareness: Understanding data protection, IP/licence issues and security requirements in the context of GenAI in companies. Hands-on: You combine conceptual strength with commitment, work closely with our engineering and customer teams and take responsibility. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills.
