DSV Immobilien Service GmbH & Co. We combine the competencies of the Facility Management and the Event Services of the DSV Group under a common umbrella. As a DSV group-internal full-service service provider, we ensure the building operation at the various locations. We provide the skills and services in three areas of expertise – in infrastructure, commercial and technical building management. In the event service we take over the design, planning and execution of events of all kinds for our customers from the Sparkassen Financial Group, the DSV Group and for the third-party market, including productions and services related thereto.

Hygiene and cleanliness: Removal and cleaning of the service areas, maintenance of crockery and tray cars, support in cleaning work. Implementation and compliance with all hygiene and cleaning plans in the service and automation sector (HACCP, operating standards).

Filling and control of machines: Refilling of snack, beverage and coffee machines with food, ensuring a smooth running in the service area as well as independent filling, care and control of food and beverage machines according to the operational quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Food output and guest service: Friendly and efficient issue of food and beverages as part of community meals as well as support for guests in questions and concerns

Pre- and post-processing of the guest room: Disposables and disposable materials by filling plans Control of minimum durability data and hygiene standards Notification of technical disturbances or deviations

Storage and transport: Participation in the internal transport of goods (e.g. from the warehouse to the machines or to the outlet) Proper storage according to HACCP requirements

Cash operation (optional): Implementation of cash operations, where appropriate Annual accounts

Experience in the field of service, joint use or automatic filling

Basic technical understanding for automated operation

Careful, reliable and independent operation

Good handling, team skills and service orientation

Knowledge of hygiene regulations (in particular HACCP)
