Development and implementation of a digitalization strategy for personnel work Definition and further development of HR-IT landscape Budget plan and control as part of HR IT projects including investment planning for the HR system rexx Project management for the introduction of the HR system rexx Monitoring and optimization of data flows Introduction of self-service functions for employees and executives Training of HR employees and executives in dealing with rexx

Completed study with focus on technology, computer science or HR and/or corresponding further developments/additional qualifications Intensified IT skills, in particular in the HR IT environment (ideally rexx, MS Office, SharePoint and image processing software) Knowledge of SAP HCM of advantage Experience in project management as project management with high method skills High process affinity and good business understanding High social compensation as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
