The team of well 150 employees stands for quality and reliability and ensures a high customer satisfaction with many long-term customer relationships. For this client, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurially thinking, humanly mature operating manager (m/w/d) in an indefinite and long-term fixed position at the Nagold / Calw site. Operational management and monitoring of daily operations, organization & planning of operations, supply creation incl. Calculation Main contact partner for customers: regular communication, ensuring cleaning quality & customer satisfaction in cooperation with the object managers Responsibility for quality assurance & work safety, development and implementation of process improvements Head of the team for special glass cleaning, leadership responsibility including training and development of employees

Masters in building cleaner craft or comparable qualification, multi-year professional experience in building cleaning, facility management or in a comparable industry for professional services Verified, binding appearance and address-oriented communication both with employees and customers: good standing combined with team spirit independent, structured, conscientious work, engagement as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting, good commercial understanding Routinized handling of IT-based processes and with Microsoft Office, fluent knowledge of German (mother language level), passenger ticket (client care 1-2 days / week)
