You take the group management and control of the associated topics into account in commercial property management, in the management of rental, energy contracts and additional cost accounting, as well as in object management and group service controlling. You design efficient processes in your team and coordinate the interfaces to other organizational units. You actively contribute your engagement and participate in multi-group/departmental technical topics and cross-disciplinary projects. You guide your employees in a disciplined and professional manner – value-estimating, motivating and oriented to corporate values and the common understanding of leadership.

You have successfully completed an economic study or a comparable academic qualification. Multiannual experience in the planning, control and monitoring of costs - also from various industries and roles - will help you. You have knowledge in controlling, ideally related to the banking environment. You are interested in and experience in cooperation in projects. You are characterized by pronounced communicative competencies and have the ability to work together with different stakeholders in a trustful and eye-level manner.
