HSE Culture Officer (m/f/d)

A task that challenges. As a regional supply system operator, we see it as our core task to ensure energy supply with forward-looking energy networks and solutions. As a HSE expert:with a focus on HSE culture, you are critically contributing to improving a sustainable safety and health culture within the Bayernwerk Group. You critically question existing HSE systems, analyze the actual state and define a target image for an effective HSE culture from which you take strategic measures and optimize existing processes and instruments. You develop and implement concepts and strategies for promoting HSE culture, security awareness and awareness within the Bavarian plant and within the partner companies. You plan and design training, training and awareness measures and accompany their strategic implementation. You will develop sound analyses, decision-making templates, presentations and communication concepts to support strategic decisions at sector and company level. You advise area leaders:inside strategic issues on HSE topics, you support the implementation of the measures conceptually.

You bring a successfully completed master's degree in psychology and practical professional experience in the HSE environment.
