Your mission as a full lawyer with a focus on compliance management (m/w/d) is to actively shape the legal and efficient design of internal processes as a central interface between law, compliance and operational business. You ensure that legal and regulatory requirements are recognised and implemented in the company at an early stage. In doing so, you identify legal risks, develop practical solutions for specialist areas and management and thus contribute to sound decisions. In this role, you strengthen the governance structures of the entire group of companies and actively support their sustainable growth – both nationally and internationally. Tasks Own-responsible development, management and monitoring of company-wide compliance issues in coordination with the management and internal specialist departments – in particular in the areas of data protection, money laundering prevention, anti-corruption prevention, competitions, the internal control system (IKS) and as an interface with the customs department Creation, implementation and maintenance of internal guidelines on relevant compliance issues Corporate legal support of the group of companies, including preparation of company decisions, coordination of international law firms and maintenance and documentation of company law documents Complete contract management from examination and support in the design to the creation of legal documents – also in English Advising internal departments and subsidiaries on specific legal issues in consultation with the supervisor Development, implementation and ongoing optimization of internal processes within the legal department and in close coordination with relevant interfaces of the specialist departments Care and organisational support of the legal department software used General support of the Syndicus Prosecutor for tasks

Successfully completed study of law with both State Examina, a lawyer admission is advantageous At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the legal or compliance department of an internationally active company or in an economic law-oriented firm English language skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills are advantageous A structured and solution-oriented way of thinking Good ability to network in the company and act as a contact person and problem solver Communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign occurrence
