Portfolio control: You monitor a diverse project portfolio and ensure compliance with cost, appointment and quality objectives.

Budget control: ensure transparent cost and investment planning, manage project budgets and ensure audit-proof project documentation.

Process optimisation: Together with your field of expertise, you develop standards and efficient processes for district heating and further develop the young business field.
