As a manager, you take responsibility for the operation of the café, control processes, plan the range and guide your team with heart and mind. As a cafe management, you can completely design the café experience: you develop structures, strengthen the team and make 'Book & Bohne'' a place where enjoyment, encounter and atmosphere come together. Your tasks with us Customer Care & Service: You implement ''Book & Bohne''' standards, represent the cafes as part of the Thalia bookshops and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Café organisation & procedures: You run your cafe team, ask for team spirit and good cooperation and take over the entire organization of the cafe run, including the service plan, care of checklists and the goods order. Hygiene & quality standards: You consistently implement the HACCP concept and ensure that all hygiene regulations are complied with. Preparation & Presentation: With passion you prepare coffee specialities, cold drinks and our foods and present them appealing to our guests.

Multiannual experience in gastronomy and a strong understanding of the typical processes and requirements in this area. An organizational designer who guides both a café and motivates the team – always with a view to the hygiene rules. A business understanding and technical know-how to keep an eye on important key figures and to ensure the success of the café. A real service heart, paired with sales and organizational talent, which enchants both guests and the team a smile on the face. Very good knowledge of German to be able to communicate safely and clearly in everyday work.
