Operation, supervision and further development of control technology applications (e.g. control and process control systems, SCADA, monitoring and control systems) Ensuring system availability including fault analysis, trouble shooting and troubleshooting Planning, coordination and implementation of changes and releases (configuration enhancements, functional adjustments, system upgrades) including testing, documentation and coordination of maintenance windows Design, documentation and optimization of cutting points between control technology and connected systems (e.g. asset management / maintenance management, reporting systems) Cooperation in the design and implementation of IT security measures in the field of control technology (access concepts, curing, patch management, back-up / recovery) Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operating manuals, emergency and restart plans for technical applications Support for the fields of application, evaluation of changes (Change Requests) and implementation in applications Control and cooperation with external service providers and manufacturers (e.g. in case of malfunctions, project-related extensions or lifecycle projects) Co-operation and subproject management in IT and digitalization projects with technical reference (e.g. development and introduction of new modules, connection of new systems, data analysis of use cases)

Graduate of (economic)informatics, electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable training, e.g. as a specialist system integration (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the care of applications, ideally in the control / SCADA environment or in production-related IT systems Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows / Linux servers, networks, data banks) Basic understanding of the particulars of critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and IT/OT security in the environment of water management is desirable Analytical, structured and responsible working methods as well as high service and quality orientation Communication strength and ability to cooperate constructively with different partners (operation, planning, IT, external service providers) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
