Referent Engineering Management Organisation (m/f/d)

You take over the cross-site support for the development sector in organisational, administrative and coordinating tasks. This includes the provision of relevant information and key figures for the departments of the area (e.g. utilisation figures, statistics, etc.) You accompany, support and advise the specialist departments in compliance with existing processes and promote cooperation between the KNDS locations and specialist areas in the national and, if necessary, also international environment of the KNDS group. This includes, inter alia, the standardization of processes and structured reporting You create, consolidate and analyse domain and department-specific reports, key figures and statistics. In addition, you are responsible for the planning, assembly and evaluation of information from the department for the comprehensive planning and reporting processes You are actively involved in the harmonisation of processes, methods and tools in order to increase the efficiency of cooperation within the area and throughout the company in a sustainable manner. You are responsible for the analysis, evaluation and processing of information from different sources and also for the moderation and support of working groups on cross-disciplinary topics You undertake independent tasks in the organizational environment of the development sector (e.g. the Koordinaton of occupational safety topics with the help of services, care and evaluation of the staff training system, etc.)

You have completed technical training and ideally have a further education as a technician or a Bachelor in a relevant subject area In addition, You already have professional experience in the field of expertise, preferably in the technical or organizational environment, with Experience as a safety expert or knowledge in the field of occupational safety In addition, you have knowledge of proces management as well as the creation, analysis and evaluation of key figures Knowledge in the field of hazardous materials and ''material compliance'' are desirable An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as teamwork, communication skills and a high degree of self-initiative will be presented to you A strong technical understanding and safe handling of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), business process software (e.g. SAP) and Atlassian programs like Confluence and Jira complete your profile
