As an Internal Business Operations, you support our Chief Operations Officer (COO) in strategic, operational and organizational tasks. The written role can be delivered remotely.

COO support in the daily business Preparation of analyses, decision bases and presentations for management meetings. Support in prioritisation and follow-up of operational topics. Processing of key figures, reports and status updates. Own research on market, competition and business topics. Business Operations & Process Optimization Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials. Support in the implementation and documentation of new processes. Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports and operational evaluations. Working with initiatives to increase the level of the company. Project management Support for cross-departmental projects in cooperation with various teams. Coordination of tasks, timelines and stakeholders. Tracing measures and ensuring transparent project communication. Acquisition of own subprojects with high self-responsibility. Data analysis & reporting Collection, structuring and analysis of relevant business data. Development of KPIs and operational key figures. Support for forecasts, business reviews and performance analyses. deriving recommendations for action based on quantitative and qualitative data. Strategic initiatives Working on growth, organization and transformation projects. Support in evaluating new business opportunities. Creation of business cases and economic analysis. Preparation of workshops and management presentations

(Continuing) Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a comparable degree course. First practical experiences through internships, student work activities or own projects are of advantage. Very good analytical and conceptual skills. High self-initiative and pronounced hands-on mentality. Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Quick application and readiness to learn. Interest in corporate management, operations and data-driven work. Safe handling of presentation and analysis tools, Agentic AI (e.g. Claude, PowerPoint, Excel). High readiness. Very good knowledge of German and English.
