Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and monthly accounts of several reporting units (R&D and overhead areas) Creation and further development of profit-split calculations taking into account IP ownership, cost distributions, production location changes as well as inflation and business-related effects Support and further development of controlling processes within our international production network in Germany, Poland, China and Tunisia Implementation of sound financial analyses, including NPV calculations, deviation analyses, scenario modelling and investment assessments Sparringspartner and Finance Business Partner for Research & Development Support of project managers in business cases, economic analysis and strategic initiatives Creation of management reports, decision templates and financial recommendations for executives and decision bodies Identification of opportunities and risks within the project and product portfolio and development of appropriate measures
Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in project, portfolio or R&D controlling Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in medical technology, pharmaceutical or regulated environment Funded knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, business cases, investment calculations and financial analysis Very good SAP knowledge and experience with reporting and planning tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), FIPS, Power BI or comparable applications Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Structured and self-responsibility work and the ability to control several projects and priorities at the same time Impressive analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex facts into sound financial recommendations Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
