You take on the strategy-oriented consulting and support of our executives in all personal and labour law issues You set up all the labour law documents of your sphere of responsibility, e.g. work contracts, agreements on employment contracts, dismissals etc. You create and update existing business agreements in coordination with the Director People and Culture You develop new HR concepts and actively participate in various HR projects You opt for our human resources processes and are constantly working on the strategic development of the personnel sector You advise managers and employees on their personal development You work trustfully with the works council You shape the cooperation between executives and HR

You have a successfully completed study with the focus on personnel, organization or labour law, or a completed training with qualification as a qualified person/man You bring relevant multiannual experience in strategic and operational personnel work You bring experience in the creation and implementation of HR concepts You have extensive knowledge in the Business Constitution Act and in the Labour and Social Security Law You are characterized by a sovereign appearance and have a high communicative and social competence You work aim-oriented, independent and structured with cross-area views You are particularly reliable, discreet and loyal
