Seed Production Coordinator (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you will support the production and logistics of the Business Unit Getreide in the implementation, organisation and management of the production processes and the associated propagation projects.

The following exciting tasks await you in this role:

Planning, organisation and control of all production-relevant activities in the field of hybrids and intermediate fruits Ensuring the requirements of internal and external customers, taking into account the cost and quality aspects in the field of high-level propagation seed Propagation planning of pre-stage/basic seed including care and development of multiplication/preparation networks Cooperation with national production consulting as well as interaction with international Seedtech teams and breeding to optimize reproduction and production Working in cross-departmental IT projects and communication tools (e.g. S4 Hana etc...) Working with budgeting and production cost calculation Perspective personnel responsibility in the field of hybrids and intermediate fruits and lead by interdisciplinary teams and area responsibility

Complete study of agricultural sciences, agriculture master, farmer or commercial training with relevant knowledge of the seed industry Agricultural experience knowledge of seed management of advantage Process knowledge of goods management systems would be advantageous readiness for occasional travel Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Self-contained, structured and targeted mode of operation combined with rapid understanding in complex system structures Flexibility and desire to develop in a dynamic environment
