Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of commissioning and operation for complex network systems Detection and analysis of problems and introduction of solutions Planning and implementation of commissioning and operation Problem detection and documentation with a Trouble ticket system, even in complex system landscapes Introduction of escalation procedures in critical problem cases Representation of the Network Administration area in overarching solution teams Administration of the network used – and security systems Integration of new customers into existing operating processes Design and Introduction of Supporting Tools Participation in the development and planning of service concepts Coordination of order processing

Master or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills Multiannual professional experience with knowledge in IT administration Very good customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, also at management level Professional, trustworthy and empathic appearance at management level Analytical, systematic and structured working methods High analytical and conceptual thinking High flexibility, durability and performance Good and broad technical understanding Very good expertise in the targeted field of work and very good knowledge in adjacent technologies
