Event Management Intern (m/w/d) starting March/April 2026

EVENTS BY PACE as a group-owned event agency, with over 600 events each year, aims to stage the diverse and increasingly digital media brands effectively and sustainably. This begins with the conceptual approach, includes invitation and guest management as well and goes through the experienced and targeted organization to a successful implementation – nationally and internationally. Whether award, gala, workshop, party, conference, trade fair appearance or promotion – whether live or digital. Event management is our passion, regardless of the format. You support the planning, organization and execution of events. You'll get deals and agree with your team and partners. You plan and coordinate dates. You create presentations and concepts. You're doing event-specific research. You do general office work.

You need to complete a 6-month compulsory internship as part of a study or vocational training in the field or with the focus on events, media, marketing or tourism. You have first experience in event management. You are communicative and have a pronounced service and customer-oriented thinking and behavior. You can work independently and show your own initiative. You are competent, safe and binding. You show a high level of commitment and flexibility in working time design/ deployment planning as well as the readiness to travel. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have good MS Office skills.

At PACE you expect: An internship allowance: You will receive EUR 1.060,00 gross for your internship. Our location: The publishing house and the Axel-Springer-Neubau are located in the centre of Berlin. This means for you, we are easily accessible – whether by car, train or bicycle.
