As part of the HR Operations division, as a HR Digital Transformation & Portfolio Management team, we are driving the latest major transformation of our HR IT landscape in REWE Group HR, thereby actively shaping the future of one of the largest trading companies in Europe.

We control the 'HCM Transformation' - a program for the technological advancement of HR IT, which includes the introduction of SuccessFactors Employee Central. An essential basis for the introduction of the system is the harmonisation of relevant HR processes, which we ensure within the framework of a separate project within the programme and thus create a central basis for increasing efficiency.

What you do with us:

When implementing Employee Central, you plan and coordinate integration into the existing system landscape by identifying technical and professional requirements and clearly shaping it. You take responsibility: Your focus is on the design and configuration of Employee Central according to the company requirements. You take into account user experience: in-house, stability and efficiency. In addition, you ensure that our HR processes are integrated into Employee Central and are smoothly coordinated with the existing data structure of our system landscape. You have the view: you have a deep understanding of the complex data models and system relationships both in SAP SuccessFactors and in SAP HCM, which are essential for successful implementation of Employee Central. You are communicative: You moderate workshops and discussions to clarify technical and professional content and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. You’re motivated: You’re looking for versatile tasks around the configuration and adaptation of Employee Central. You ensure quality: you develop and perform test scenarios to ensure the functionality and performance of the system, and provide training to help users:internal competence.
