Head of Infrastructure (m/w/d)

For our Berlin clients from the healthcare sector, we are looking for the central specialist management of the company's infrastructure division. In this role, you are responsible for the strategic development and control of the central infrastructure topics in the fields of construction, energy, sterile goods supply, environmental data and disaster management as well as the management of the operating technology. Use us as a springboard in this responsible position.

Strategic development of infrastructure topics within the Group

Management of operating technology

Technical control and quality assurance of technical services

Efficient interface management with internal and external partners

Development and implementation of central standards, concepts and processes

Comprehensive support for company sites in technical and infrastructural issues

Close cooperation with other departments such as medical technology or controlling

Direct reporting line to the COO

A completed degree in engineering, facility management or comparable qualification

A professional and leadership experience appropriate to the position in a technically shaped environment, ideally in the health sector

A strong analytical and strategic competence and implementation strength

A communication and negotiation skills, also at management level

A readiness to travel within Germany
