In the Magenta team, we also act as an exclusive Programmatic & Paid Social Media Agency for Deutsche Telekom. From Awareness to Performance: We develop digital media plans and control campaigns along the entire marketing funnel.

To strengthen our data team, we are now looking for a Scrum / Agile Master (m/w/d) in full time, at the Hamburg location. You will be part of our growing development team focusing on Data Engineering and Data Science. We work with the most modern technologies, live an agile mindset and real team spirit - hands-on, collaborative and open to new. Agility not only shapes work in the tech teams, but the entire organization. As a self-organized company without formal hierarchies, we focus on self-responsibility, cooperation at eye level and short decision-making.

How to help us

Scrum Events: You are responsible for the Scrum process. You make sure that all Scrum events are carried out meaningfully - from the daily to the retrospective - and accompany the team to apply the framework effectively and consistently. Coaching: You stand by teams with your experience, promote agile cooperation and actively help solve blockages or challenges. Strengthening self-organization: You create an environment where teams can take responsibility, organize themselves and continually improve. Optimization: You analyze existing processes, question routines and promote a culture of continuous improvement - with a view to processes, tools and cooperation. Support collaboration: Together with the development team, the product owners, the tech leads and the stakeholders, you establish a close, coordinated cooperation. You make sure that information flows, roles are clear and all move along one line. Measurability & Transparency: Together with the teams, you establish meaningful metrics (e.g. Velocity, Cycle Time) in order to understand progress and make planning more reliable.

A study or certification? Not necessarily. Much more important is that you recognize yourself in the following points: Experience: You have several years of experience as Scrum Master - ideally between 3 and 5 years. Agile methods: You know with Scrum, Kanban & Co. best and know when which method fits best. Structure & organization: You bring a good sense of how to effectively structure development work - and have already worked in different team setups within software development. Teamwork: You have experience in working with distributed, international or offshored teams. Responsibility: You take responsibility, meet decisions with a view to the whole and always trade in the sense of the product and the team. Language competence: You speak fluent German and very good English - both you need regularly in everyday work.
