Home Sweet Office! Wanted – a person who manages our office so lovingly as if it were their own home. You love to care for order, structure and a well-being climate? Perfect! Because we are looking for someone who not only has commercial and organizational skills, but also wants to be the heart of our office family.

What you will do:

Office Management: The management of our “work villa”, including all administrative and commercial activities. Date management: You are ruler over calendars, deadlines and smooth processes. Preparing bookkeeping & billing: numbers jonglieren lies in your blood! Personal file management & data management: You bring order into chaos – digital and analogue. Recruiting & Supplier Management: With your charming way you will find the best talents and partners. Communication: You are contacting the managing director for our consultants. Reporting and Controlling: Control of the timebooking of employees, compilation of evaluations (classical Excel evaluations) and guidance of travel cost accounting. Project tasks & meeting preparation: You are not only there – you make things possible. Partly HR tasks: setting, contracts, creating in the system and onboarding new employees. Use of a cloud-based HR system: Digital processes, paperless work. Head of additional projects: like the construction of our new website.

That's what you bring:

Language knowledge: German and English are reliable (written and oral). A sovereign and representative appearance – you are our flagship! Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A workplace with character: small villa, pleasant environment in the green. Home Office by appointment, ideally once a week. Flexible time recording and pleasant core work times.
