We are looking for you as a Senior HR Business Partner (all genders).
You take the technical leadership and the task management of HR Specialists and ensure efficient cooperation. You are responsible for compliance with all statutory, operational and individual contractual provisions in the personnel sector. You conduct personnel selection meetings for professionals and managers and accompany the selection process professionally. You plan, tax and implement measures in the area of Compensation & Benefits. You design and implement HR projects in close coordination with HR Manager (level 2). You advise and support executives as well as employees in all personal questions as well as in labour law topics. You will create and advise project plans for HR projects, including timetables, milestones and resource allocation. You support the creation of HR controlling reports and prepare relevant key figures. You actively participate in the development, maintenance and continuous optimization of HR processes. You support the design and development of operating agreements in coordination with the HR line organisation.
You have a degree with the focus on staff, organization, labour law or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-annual relevant professional experience as HR Manager, HR Referent or Personnel Officer. You have well-founded knowledge in the Business Constitution Act and in the Labour and Social Security Law. You have very good English knowledge in word and writing. You have good user knowledge in SAP R/3 (HR) and work safely with MS Office. You have a strong social competence and are happy to work in the team. You appear confidently and convince by your ability to enforce.
