Architects and Civil Engineers (m/f/d)

As a project team member or Project managers work in and/or with interdisciplinary construction project teams from different disciplines, such as civil engineering, utility technology and electrical engineering, in the most diverse projects. This includes the following activities: You provide planning services or partial planning services according to HOAI incl. Demand planning and potential feasibility studies You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally mandated engineering offices and exporting companies in the selection and contracting of freelance services. You work closely with project participants and support the department management as well as the responsible project management through your professional consulting, ongoing project documentation as well as the award and billing of construction services As a project manager, you can also control the project team professionally and are responsible for controlling, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies. You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable technical orientation Ideally you have first professional experiences in the above-mentioned function Knowledge of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB etc.) is advantageous Your enthusiasm is up! You want to shape the real estate portfolio of the NRW and have a systematic, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working Cross-departmental action is of course for you. You like to communicate with different stakeholders You are empowered to conduct a service car You will bring German knowledge which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
