The team is responsible for the long-term refinancing business of Sparkasse KölnBonn, the use of credit risk management instruments and the management of the interest rate option book. As part of the central disposition for large-scale loans, the team is the first contact person for the distribution and provides prices and interest rates for long-term liquidity, redemption and termination rights.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As a team leader, you take over the control of the department for a daily operation that works at any time. You provide impulses for the further development of risk and income management and positioning in a team of specialists. You are the contact person for the consultants in the company's customer sales. You drive the optimization of the processes around the SCD stock system with the specialist departments. You understand yourself as a coach of your team members and develop the skills of your employees along the requirements of the Sparkasse KölnBonn. Teamwork as well as good cooperation with internal and external business partners is a practice that you live and you represent the Sparkasse KölnBonn as part of the refinancing business.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a diploma or Master's degree FH or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the money and capital market and very good knowledge of the relevant products and systems as well as regulatory requirements of a credit institution will help you. You are familiar with the assessment and risk management of instruments of the money and capital market. With your safe appearance and your pronounced communicative skills, you will delight your stakeholders, as well as you will have the ability to work quickly on quantitative/qualitative topics. You have practice in cooperation with sales. You have well-founded experience in the acquisition of leadership responsibility, coaching and training of employees. You can demonstrate through a successful project management that you can solve tasks with specialist departments across the range. You will be happy to work in new topics and you will be a specialist Sparring partner for your employees and colleagues in the adjacent departments.
