Content of the qualification programme The qualification program is individually tailored to you and is oriented towards what you already have professionally and personally. The duration shall be determined jointly. During this time, you will take part in a wide range of specialist seminars – with a special focus on securities and investment advice – and gain valuable insights into relevant market success processes through hospitations. The program is complemented by coaching, feedback loops and seminars on personal development, for example in the field of communication, personality development or method training. In this way, you develop humanly and professionally targeted and prepare yourself optimally for your future role in individual customer consulting. We know that work is not just work. You can also look forward to the following: We offer you an unlimited employment contract in full-time employment (39 hours per week). Parttime employment of 50% is possible in principle. The Sparkasse is a collective public employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled body is expected to be carried out in line with the priority of the activity in Group 9b or 9c Section B XXV. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 3 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee in a range of EUR 3.779 to 4.594. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment. In total, we pay 13,82 salaries, so that your future salary in the top with the above mentioned salary group and depending on your professional experience and qualification moves up to EUR 76.392 gross p.a. Variable additional remuneration as team bonus: A variable and performance-dependent compensation is additionally provided for this function. The height depends on the achievement of the branch integrity, depends on the degree of achievement and is distributed individually. Asset-effective lines: On top to your salary you receive 40€ per month. These are optionally created in a fund-saving plan, a construction-saving contract or in the form of an occupational pension scheme for you. ZVK: An attractive plus in the service package is our additional service provider. The ZVK is an additional pension, loss of employment and survivors: we pay 5.75 % of gross – only 0.55 % come from you. There are examples here. Variable working hours: Our sliding time model allows you to make your working day flexible. Within the period from Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 19.00 a.m., you can share the working time in coordination with your team and your leadership. Mobile work is possible from 07:00 to 20:00.
