Support for patient management in our clinics, especially in the implementation of budgets and pay adjustments, as well as in the definition and optimization of processes in the field Consulting and Process Optimization: Supporting our clinics in the digitization and automation of patient billing, identifying potential for improvement and implementing new solutions Project work and interface management: cooperation on central projects, acceptance of requirements and communication between IT and users to ensure smooth processes Software Migration and Customizing: Accompanying migration projects and adapting the accounting software to individual needs of the clinics Process design: Defining work packages, software selection support and continuous improvement of IT-supported processes

Experience in the settlement of stationary and outpatient patients as well as knowledge in ORBIS, Medico or SAP ISH MED are advantageous IT affinity and interest in digital solutions in healthcare Communication strength and ability to explain complex technical contexts in a comprehensible manner Solution-oriented thinking with the aim of achieving continuous improvements
