Team Leader Driving Personnel

For the DB Regio Bus Bus companies of the Nord region (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetriebe GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH and Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH), we are looking for you as team leader:in Fahrdienst (w/m/d) at the closest possible time at the Bad Oldesloe site. Your tasks:

Guided tour of the driving staff Demand planning and recruitment together with staff area, SEV Manager:in, branch management and operational management Implementation of employees: in-, BEM- and mistime talks with the driving personnel Takeover of tasks from operator responsibility (e.g. driving licence control & control steering and rest periods, as well as instruction, guidance of travel books and vehicle lists) Instruction of new employees:inside Communication and implementation of key actions on the ground Organisation and implementation of drivers' working groups Team talks

Your profile:

completed vocational training; ideally you have a qualification as a motor vehicle master:in, specialist in driving, driving instructor:in or experience in driving, or already as a team leader:in Enforceability and Commitment Economic thinking and action Structured, flexible and independent working methods as well as high self-initiative and the ability to self-motivate Ability to manage and resolve conflicts incl. Team reinforcement Communication and team skills as well as high loadability even in stress situations Excellent IT skills in MS Outlook, MS Office, as well as willingness to work into Group-owned systems Ideally, you have the driving licence class D and knowledge of relevant legislation
