Teamlead Kreditorenbuchhaltung / Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the management of the creditor team and are responsible for the entire Invoice-to-Pay process - from invoice processing to payment transactions. At the same time, you will get the opportunity to optimize, digitize and develop existing processes sustainably.

Your tasks as Teamlead Kreditorenmanagement (m/w/d) include: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the creditor team Responsibility for the efficient, timely and quality-secured execution of the entire Invoice-to-Pay process Control of the processing of input invoices including electronic invoice processing, confirmation and workflow in SAP S/4HANA Planning and implementation of payment transactions taking into account payment objectives, conti and liquidity Coordination and clarification of creditor accounts and active OP management Control and tracking of further loads and their correct calculation Responsibility for travel expenses and corporate credit card management Identification and use of potentials to optimize payment targets, conti and working capital Ensuring high quality creditor master files Participation in monthly and annual accounts according to HGB, in particular in the case of delimitations and provisions Development and automation of the Invoice-to-Pay process in close cooperation with purchasing Developing and ensuring effective internal checks in payment transactions Close cooperation with purchasing, finance, internal departments, suppliers and auditors

You have well-founded experience in accounting and want to combine your expertise with leadership responsibility and design space. Ideally you bring: Completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on finance, accounting or accounting Multiannual professional experience in creditor accounting / Accounts Payable First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of a team Knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as experience in monthly and annual accounts Secure handling of SAP FI, ideally SAP S/4HANA Experience with payment processes and operational payment transactions Understanding Payment Goals, Account Management and Working Capital Experience in the optimization and automation of accounting or Invoice-to-Pay processes Good understanding of internal control systems and compliance requirements in payment transactions A structured, careful and solution-oriented approach Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different interfaces Very good German and good English skills
