You work with your board colleague trustfully and jointly bear responsibility for the association and its subsidiary. In particular, You take over the strategic and operational management of the business sectors, financial planning and controlling and are driving forward the further development of meaningful reporting. You actively shape cooperation with employees as well as with the voluntary supervisory board and are in dialogue with cost companies and network partners. In addition, you maintain an appreciative and empirical approach to residents and relatives. You represent the interests of the association inwards and outwards, set strategic impulses and actively promote digitization in their own responsibility. You will continue to develop the organization with empathy and vision forward-looking and keep in mind relevant funding opportunities.

You have a well-founded economic qualification that you have acquired through appropriate studies or commercial training with relevant training and professional experience – ideally in the social economy. You bring multi-year leadership experience in integration aid and have a well-founded knowledge of the federal participation law as well as the relevant financing structures. You are characterized by comprehensive expertise in the negotiation management with cost-beneficiaries. You are convinced by social competence, a participative leadership style, strategic thinking and willingness to shape and become participatory. .
